Florida and Licensing!
Remember when looking for a Home Inspector that there are absolutely NO licensing or certification requirements for home inspectors in the State of Florida! Anyone can become a home inspector in this state in literally a matter of minutes. All you need is a$20-$25 dollars for a county Occupational License and your in business.  Beware of home inspectors who advertise themselves  as "licensed" as there is not such thing here!  Experience and ASHI Membership are your best assurance.
